Drag and Drop ​

Subroconnect offers support for drag and drop imports directly into S3(SFTP) buckets for documents, notes and claim updates. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us.

Buckets ​

Documents ​

Subroconnect can automatically detect documents that you upload to your provided S3 bucket and import them into the system. Just as with a standard document import, you must ensure that each document has the correct claim id prefixed to the filename.

Naming Conventions ​

Each document must be prefixed with the claim id, followed by an underscore and then the rest of the filename.

eg: 1234567890_document.pdf

Notes ​

Just as with a standard note import, you must provide a csv file containing the notes you wish to import. Each row in the csv file represents a note and must contain the columns as indicated in the Notes Import section.

Claim Updates ​

Just as with a standard claim update import, you must provide a csv file containing the claim updates you wish to import. Each row in the csv file represents a claim update and must contain the columns as indicated in the Claim Updates Import section.
